At Nationwide Donut Day, eat a donut and attack a strike for liberty

These days, Saturday, July 7 is Nationwide Donut Day, a meeting that started in the Thirties as a Solution Military fundraising event (back when donut was written “doughnut”) and that recently has become a meeting for donut sequence offers and new food rollouts. We recommend changing it into something with ethical significance—a day to enjoy independence.

Government these days has crept into most places of our lifestyles and is rampaging into the relax.  It’s no more just the Babysitter State; it’s Niagara, frustrating and apparently unbeatable. We have the White-colored Home irritating us to eat this and not eat that; FDA hitting caution brands on everything in sight; EPA announcing that every breathing we take toxins the climate; and the Division of Power forcing incandescent lighting lights into contraband position. We have the so-called being overweight outbreak being used to rationalize one new organization effort after another: “walkable cities”, “strollable suburbs”, compulsory nutrient matters on cafe choices,  suggested sin taxation on a variety of meals that are instantly sinful.  In brief, we have the U. s. Declares of Bloombergistan.
